How to choose your Bordeaux wine region tour
There are several factors to consider when choosing your vineyard tour:
- The length of the tour from Bordeaux (from 4 hours for a morning or afternoon half-day tour to 9 hours for a full-day tour).
- The number of wine châteaux visited (between 1 and 3 châteaux)
- The cost of the guided tour (between €90 and €180 per person), including guide, transportation, entry, wine tasting and potentially lunch.
- Your palate and your preferred Bordeaux wine appellations, e.g. Saint-Emilion on the right bank of the Garonne or Margaux in the Médoc on the left bank.
- The number of wines tasted during the session (between 3 and 9 wines, including Grands Crus Classés).
