How to choose the right Bordeaux wine tasting class for you
Here are some factors to consider:
- The reputation or complexity of the Bordeaux wines tasted (grands vins, Grands Crus Classés or older vintages), as well as the range on offer.
- The number of the wines included (between 3 and 6 different wines).
- The quality of the food accompanying your wine tasting session (French baguette, farmhouse cheese, duck breast, fish rillettes, French caviar, foie gras, etc.).
- The duration of the class (between 1 and 2.5 hours).
- The cost of the tasting (they range from €29 to €90 per person).

- Our wine tasting sessions are exclusively dedicated to Bordeaux’s fine wines, whether red, white or sparkling.
- All our wine activities take place in Olala’s wine tasting room in the historic center of Bordeaux, right next to the Grand Théâtre.
- Our sessions are run by our expert sommeliers from the Bordeaux region (Médoc, Saint-Emilion, Graves, Sauternes, Côtes de Bordeaux, etc.) who are fluent in both English and French.
- You will also be given the opportunity to try some typical French products made by local producers paired with wine.
- Our Bordeaux wine tasting workshops are known for their fun and friendly approach. They are always held in small groups of up to 12 people and are suitable for all levels of wine knowledge.
