Below are the terms and conditions of sale applicable to the services sold by Olala Bordeaux, a tour operator specializing in wine tourism in Bordeaux (the Gironde region).
Small shared group tours
Fees
All fees quoted are in euros. They include taxes and may be subject to change at any time.
Entrance fees to sites of interest, meals and tastings are included where mentioned.
Booking conditions
A tour is confirmed once the full sum due has been paid, unless otherwise expressly agreed in the contract.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on our shared tours. Children aged between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult and will be charged the adult rate.
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel a shared excursion at least 24 hours before the tour departure time, a full refund will be given. Cancellations must be expressly submitted in writing.
If a customer cancels a service within 24 hours of the departure time, it is entirely their responsibility. No refunds will be given.
Provision of services
Excursions use air-conditioned vans with eight passenger seats plus the driver. Smoking and eating in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Excursions require at least two participants in order to go ahead.
Olala Bordeaux reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for equivalent services, based on availability and due to cancellations from its own service providers. No refund or compensation shall be granted for these changes.
Olala Bordeaux reserves the right to cancel a service at any time if the weather conditions are dangerous. In this case the customer is entitled to a full refund for the service.
Olala Bordeaux may not be held responsible for any delays due to traffic, for any accidents resulting from passengers getting in or out of the vehicles, or any loss or theft of personal belongings during the excursion.
Disputes
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the quote and these terms and conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Bordeaux.

Fees
All fees quoted are in euros. They include taxes and may be subject to change at any time.
Booking conditions
A deposit based on the activity is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Payments can be made using secure payment links or preferably via bank transfer.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the service is due to take place.
If the order is confirmed within 30 days of the service, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Overnight stay cancellation policy
Our refund policy in the event of cancellation is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
- Between 7 and 60 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 0% of the total amount.
Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing.
Date change can be made free of charge
Cancellation due to bad weather conditions or alternative program expressly arranged beforehand, is customer full and own decision. No refunds will be given.

Liability
Olala Bordeaux cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings that occurs during the activities it organizes for its customers, whether this happens at the locations used or visited for the event, on the means of transport taken, in the accommodation or in restaurants, etc.
