This workshop is a discovery of this rare and sensitive product: its history, its origins, its production will no longer be secret to you. An experience in all simplicity, friendly, in the historic center of Bordeaux, to better understand how to taste it and appreciate all its qualities.

A moment of exchange, guided by the tasting of sturgeon rillette toast, a Baerri Caviar primeur and a Caviar Origin Baerri. Two different Caviars to observe the importance of know-how and the excellence of Aquitaine production. The whole, accompanied by a specially chosen Champagne, to sublimate the food and wine pairing.
