SHARED TOURS (in small groups)
PRICES
Prices are quoted in net amounts and in euros. They include taxes and are subject to change without prior notice.
Entrance fees to monuments, meals, and tastings are included when specified.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The tour is confirmed once 100% of the total amount due is paid, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Children under 16 years old are not allowed on our shared tours. Children between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult rate applies from age 16 and up.
Pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For the cancellation of a shared tour at least 24 hours before the tour departure, a full refund will be granted. The cancellation must be explicitly notified in writing.
Cancellations by the client are the sole responsibility of the client. No refunds will be given.
SERVICE EXECUTION
Tours are operated using air-conditioned minibuses with 8 passenger seats plus the driver. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
Tours are guaranteed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Olala Bordeaux reserves the right to modify the itinerary without notice, offering equivalent services depending on availability or cancellations from its providers. Such changes do not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
Olala Bordeaux reserves the right to cancel a service without notice if weather conditions present a danger. These cancellations will be eligible for a full refund.
Olala Bordeaux cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, for accidents when passengers are boarding or alighting, or for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the quote and these terms will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Bordeaux.
STAYS, PRIVATE & CUSTOM TOURS, EVENTS
PRICES
Prices are quoted in net amounts and in euros. They include taxes and are subject to change without prior notice.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
A deposit, depending on the service, is required at the time of booking and is a condition for confirmation. Payment should preferably be made via secure payment links or bank transfer.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the service date.
If the order is confirmed less than 30 days before the service, full payment is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR A STAY
The following non-refundable cancellation fees apply:
- More than 60 days before arrival: 0% of the total amount
- From 60 to 7 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Changing the date is possible without charge.
Cancellations due to bad weather or the implementation of an alternative program (if previously agreed) are at the sole discretion of the client. No refund will be granted.
SERVICE EXECUTION
Olala Bordeaux reserves the right to modify the itinerary with equivalent services, depending on the availability and cancellations from its providers. Olala Bordeaux agrees to inform the client of such changes in writing. These changes do not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.

LIABILITY
Olala Bordeaux cannot be held liable for the loss, misplacement, theft, or damage to personal belongings during services it organizes on behalf of clients, whether at locations used or visited, in transport, accommodations, or restaurants.
DISPUTES

ONLINE WINE SALES
Olala Bordeaux provides an e-commerce service available at the following website: www.olalabordeaux.com (hereafter “the Site”) for consumer clients (hereafter “Client(s)”), i.e., any individual acting outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, professional, or agricultural activity.
ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the parties, all orders placed on the Site are subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which override any other documents such as brochures, advertisements, catalogs, or emails from the Seller, which are for informational purposes only.
Using the Site and/or placing an order implies prior consultation and acceptance of the entire General Terms and Conditions.
Olala Bordeaux reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For each order, the version in force at the time of the order will apply.
The fact that Olala Bordeaux does not enforce a provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to do so later.
OFFERS / PRICES / ORDERS
All wine offers are valid while stocks last, excluding promotions, special offers, and gifts. Prices are in euros, including all taxes. Given the rarity or speculative nature of certain wines, we reserve the right to apply purchase quantity limits. In the event of stock shortages, Olala Bordeaux will do its best to indicate and/or block the purchase of the unavailable wine. If a wine is no longer available, Olala Bordeaux will inform the Client and offer a full refund using the original payment method.
After reviewing the available products on the Site, the Client may add one or more items to their cart. Once the client account is created and the delivery method selected, the client can proceed to payment for the total order (products + shipping). A confirmation message will recap the key features of the order.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. In the event of an abnormally low price due to a technical or human error, Olala Bordeaux reserves the right to ask the Client to pay the difference or cancel the order with a full refund.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Online payment is accepted via bank card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made under the terms (address, fees, etc.) agreed at the time of order. Goods are insured by us during transport.
International shipping times vary, and an approximate timeframe will be communicated. During heatwaves, deliveries are postponed to protect product quality. Clients will be notified of this when ordering but may choose to assume the risk of immediate shipping by providing a written waiver.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
In the event of stock shortages, Olala Bordeaux may offer the client a replacement, with their agreement, either with a different vintage or an equivalent wine.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
All goods remain the property of Olala Bordeaux until full payment is received. This does not prevent the transfer of risk to the client upon delivery.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These General Terms are subject to French law. If any clause is deemed null, it does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. In case of dispute related to an order, the competent French court will be designated according to common law.
PROTECTION OF MINORS
In accordance with Article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. The Client declares and guarantees that they are at least 18 years old at the time of ordering.
HEALTH WARNING
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Consume in moderation.
